History
North Korea issued a 10 chon commemorative on 6 June 1971. The stamp is inscribed 1946–1971 and shows the emblem of the Korean Children's Union, the Pioneer youth organisation founded in 1946. It commemorates that movement, not a Scout association affiliated with WOSM.
