History
Saudi Arabia issued a 10 piastre commemorative at Jeddah on 1 February 1971 for the 4th Islamic Rover Moot. The stamp is inscribed KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA and 4TH I. ROVER MOOT 1971. A gold panel names مكة المكرمة (Mecca the Blessed); the lower blue tablet carries the Arabic legend for the 4th Islamic Rover Gathering and the face value 10 p / ١٠ ق. The design places a circular emblem under Moorish horseshoe arches, against an orange oval: a mountain landscape with a lashed pioneering structure, the Kaaba at the head of a green wreath, and a handshake at the foot. The Government Security Press printed it in lithography, comb perforated 14, in panes of fifty.
