History

The Republic of Korea issued a 20-won commemorative at Seoul on 10 May 1976 for the thirtieth anniversary of the Korean Federation of Girl Scouts. Hee Jin Chung designed it; the Government Printing & Minting Agency printed it in photogravure, comb perforated 13 × 13½, in panes of 20. Sources give no size or quantity.

On an orange ground a green trefoil frames five Guides in white around a camp fire. The stamp is inscribed 대한민국우표 / REPUBLIC OF KOREA, with a taegeuk at upper left, the year 1976, the value 20, and 한국 걸스카우트연맹 창립 30주년기념.
