The issuing authority
Northern Cyprus has produced locally inscribed stamps used on local mail. They are not universally recognised as issues of a UPU member administration.
Scouting
Sources do not record a WOSM member organisation under the name Northern Cyprus. Where Scouting exists it is usually attached to a neighbouring or successor national association.
