Series history
On 25 February 1963 Czechoslovakia issued three commemoratives for the fifteenth anniversary of Victorious February — the 1948 communist takeover — and for the fifth national congress of the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement (ROH), held in Prague.
The 60 haléřů is inscribed PIONÝRSKÉ TÁBORY ROH, Pioneer camps of the trade-union movement. Ivan Strnad drew a smiling sun above a red Pioneer neckerchief and a campfire with a cooking pot hanging over the flames; Jan Mráček engraved the plate. Photogravure combined with recess, 27 × 33 mm, comb perforation 11¼ × 11½. The printing was 4,930,000.
