All stamps dating 2002 inscribed "SOMALIA" são stamps ilegais falsificados. Esse item foi produzido ilegalmente pela Mayfair International Security Printers, localizada na França, e distribuído por meio da chamada agência filatélica denominada "Marino-Montero International" owned and run by Mr. Juan Carlos Marino Montero. They were and are distributed by associated British, German, U.S. and Belgium based illegal stamp dealers. In late 2001 the previous agencies "França Filatelia" e "França Filatelia 2000" were dissolved due to exposure by name for producing and distributing illegal stamps. This exposure due to several UPU circulars published by Niger, Mali and several other countries between 1999 and 2000 naming the owner and the "agências" as producers of illegal stamps in their country names. Niger convicted Mr. Montero of the crimes in 1999. Avoid Sellers of these!
