History
Norway issued two commemoratives in Oslo on 19 June 1975 for the 14th World Scout Jamboree, Nordjamb 75, held at Lillehammer from 29 July to 7 August 1975. Arne Johnson designed them; his name is printed at lower left and -75 at lower right. Emil Moestue lithographed them in panes of fifty, 40 × 24 mm, comb perforated 13¼, on Harrison phosphorescent paper with dull gum. Print quantities are unsettled: figures of about 6.9 million of the 1.25 krone and 1.5–1.8 million of the 1.40 krone circulate.
The 1.25 krone, inscribed NORGE 125, shows a camp-site — white tent silhouettes and two trees on an olive slope, with purple and pink mountain bands behind — a blue Guide trefoil at left and a Scout fleur-de-lis at right.
The 1.40 krone, inscribed NORGE 140, shows three red figures cross-country skiing on a white slope under pink-purple mountains and a yellow sky, with the same Guide trefoil among pines at left and a large Scout fleur-de-lis at right.
