Series history
The four Anniversary of World Scouting designs were reissued on 8 June 1970 with a gold offset overprint lettered CENTENARY OF CHARLES DICKENS and AIRMAIL. The stamps measure 40 × 48 mm and are line perforated 13½; an imperforate printing of the four designs was issued alongside, in panes of fifteen (three by five). Designer and printer are not established. The Fujeira Post Office later declared the issue unofficial. Postal standing of the issue is not settled.
