Series history
Fujeira issued a lithographed set on 20 August 1971 inscribed JAMBOREE 71. Five values show two Scouts pointing at a starry sky, Girl Guides lashing a timber frame, three Scouts on the march with a red flag, a Guide signalling with semaphore flags, and a first-aid scene on a rocky ledge; gold fleurs-de-lis flank each design. The 3 riyal and 4 riyal stamps are inscribed AIR MAIL. About 20,000 perforated sets. A 10 riyal airmail souvenir sheet shows Robert and Olave Baden-Powell with the Scout salute, a large fleur-de-lis in the gold margin. Designed by Samir Shakour; printed by Format, Geneva. The stamps are inscribed FUJEIRA. Postal standing is unsettled.
