Airmail commemorative for the 13th World Scout Jamboree, imperforate
Series history
Chad issued a 250 franc airmail commemorative at Fort-Lamy on 24 August 1971 for the 13th World Scout Jamboree in Japan. Odette Baillais designed the stamp; Delrieu printed it by photogravure, comb perforated 12½. It was withdrawn from sale on 5 January 1974.
An imperforate variety of the stamp exists.
